Started with the vision that all people can independently master complex processes with our help, we look back with joy and gratitude on our now already 5-year company history.
We are proud that in the past years a successful company has grown from an idea, which now consists of more than 20 experts and continues to grow. Together we develop products that inspire and create real added value. Our common values, which are also shared by our partners and customers, have always meant that we have had the right people at our side, enabling us to move forward with courage and determination.

Such an occasion also always invites us to take a look back at the past years. We therefore take you on a little journey.
Started in 2017 as a spin-off of a research group at the University of Applied Sciences in Augsburg, we have gone through some exciting stages. Some of them we are particularly proud of. This includes, for example, our nine-month acceleration at Wayra, the market proof in 2018 with the release of the o2 DSL Hilfe App (today: o2 my Service App) and, of course, the two rounds of financing that have made our growth possible in recent years.
Through crises, we have found a way to bring together our passion for intuitive and thoughtful solutions and the technical complexity of networks and internet-enabled devices. Not only our team, but also our self-service solution has grown a lot in the last few years and now offers many more functions beyond problem solving. Today, the solution is an essential component at many touchpoints of our customers’ customer journey and helps, for example, with device set-up, Wi-Fi optimisation and much more.
Over the years, we have had the opportunity to meet countless exciting people, enter into cooperations and win new customers. Today, we work with renowned companies such as M-net, Deutsche Glasfaser and Vodafone, among others. Close cooperation and a long-term partnership are particularly important to us. This is the only way to solve problems sustainably and create real added value.
A look into the future
For the future, we hope that things will continue in the same way and that, with our initiated internationalisation, we will also be able to support customers outside our previous reach with our self-service solutions in addition to our existing partners. We are convinced that our solution will have a lasting impact on the world and contribute to digitalisation!
