The new Conntac Dashboard is the first visible step toward an end-to-end platform for technical service.
Augsburg, September 15, 2026 – Conntac is further developing its technical service solution portfolio. With the new Conntac Dashboard, the software company is creating a more modern interface for service teams while simultaneously laying an important foundation for an end-to-end platform where MyProvider, Entry, and future extensions will work together more effectively in the long term.
As fiber optic expansion progresses, the demands on technical customer service for internet providers are increasing. More activated customers lead to more inquiries, more data points, and more complex service processes. At the same time, topics such as integrations, data-driven analysis, and AI support are gaining importance.
The new Dashboard responds to this development with a clearer interface and additional features. These include new statistics, an integrated knowledge base, centralized notifications, improved user management, and a responsive design.
"With the expansion of fiber optics, the challenge for internet providers is increasingly shifting toward ongoing operations. Service processes must remain scalable even as customer numbers and inquiry volumes grow. The new Dashboard creates more transparency and clarity for this purpose and is an important step in the further development of our technical service offering," says Michael Faath, Managing Director, Conntac GmbH.
Greater clarity for service teams and management
The new Dashboard helps service teams grasp relevant information faster, categorize processes more effectively, and work in a more structured manner. For management and decision-makers, it improves transparency regarding service processes and developments.
This release is intentionally broader in scope than a mere UI update. The Dashboard provides a common foundation for the future development of Conntac. While MyProvider and Entry remain independent solutions, they are intended to work together more closely within a unified Conntac platform in the future, better connecting technical service processes across various application areas.
A foundation for further development
The dashboard is the first visible step in this evolution. Looking ahead, areas such as data, AI support, integrations, and scalability will play an increasingly important role. With Entry, the platform's long-term perspective is expanding beyond digital customer service to include technical field service and operational service processes.
"For us, the new Dashboard is much more than just a new interface. It is the first visible step toward a comprehensive platform for technical service. On this foundation, we can better integrate data, third-party systems, and future developments, allowing our solutions to work more closely together in the long term. The Dashboard is therefore a key starting point for the next stages of Conntac's journey," says Benjamin Wöhrl, Managing Director, Conntac GmbH.
