Conntac participates in a variety of events on an annual basis, including trade fairs for the telecommunications industry and congresses organized by our partners. We are eager to meet partners and customers and exchange ideas directly. Please find below a list of events where we will be present.
In many projects, we are currently observing the same pattern: Rollout completed – but activation and usage fall short of expectations. That's why we are currently on a roadshow, visiting network operators directly.

SFN is expanding technical customer support for DBN and Northern Access with two self-service apps from Conntac. In the first month, nearly 2,000 downloads and around 7,000 processes were recorded.

GELSEN-NET is expanding its technical customer service with a customer self-service app from Conntac. The app assists customers with setup, troubleshooting, and other matters related to internet and TV services.

The new Conntac Dashboard provides greater clarity and forms the foundation for the further development of an end-to-end platform for technical service.
