Augsburg, May 28, 2025 — Conntac GmbH, provider of interactive customer self-service solutions for Internet providers, is now working with the telecommunications company NetCom BW GmbH. The new app called NetCom BW hilft, provided by Conntac, is now available and supports NetCom BW customers in setting up their home network and resolving Internet problems on their own.
With the newly developed app NetCom BW hilft The telecommunications company's technical customer support is being digitally expanded: step-by-step instructions, diagnostic tools and direct contact options for customer care ensure modern service access around the clock.

The app offers users a central point of contact for topics related to their Internet connection — from initial setup to WiFi optimization and troubleshooting. Thanks to integration into NetCom BW's existing service infrastructure, its customers receive support even when personal contact is required. The app transfers relevant information directly to NetCom BW service staff, which significantly speeds up processing.
