For the fifth time in a row, Conntac GmbH is one of the companies with the highest level of employee satisfaction in Germany. Augsburg-based software company Conntac will continue to receive the kununu Top Company seal in 2026 and is therefore still one of the top five percent of all employers represented on kununu. The award is based exclusively on the reviews of our own employees and stands for a continuous corporate culture.
Award for high employee satisfaction
“We congratulate Conntac GmbH for once again being awarded the Top Company seal. For the fifth year in a row – that is something very special,” says Nina Zimmermann, CEO of kununu.
“Only five percent of companies qualify for this special seal. As a result, 71 percent of the companies that received the seal received an increased number of applications. In order to qualify for the kununu Top Company seal 2026, companies must meet the following criteria:
• At least seven reviews from employees since the profile was created. Reviews from applicants are not counted.
• A score of at least 3.8 stars (out of a maximum of 5 possible), both overall and in employee reviews.
• In the past twelve months, the evaluation score of employees must be at least 3.8 stars.
• At least two new reviews in the last twelve months An updated review also counts as a new review here.
The kununu Top Company seal as a competitive advantage
A recent kununu survey also shows how effective the seal is for employers: 80 percent of the award-winning companies receive positive feedback on the award during the application process. 81 percent recommend that other companies seek qualification.
