Augsburg, November 24, 2025 – Conntac GmbH is pleased to officially announce the successful cooperation with Drei Österreich. The proven customer self-service solution is used in technical customer support by Drei and is available to end customers as a central digital point of contact.
The smartphone app Drei RouterAssistant provides step-by-step instructions for setting up the home network, helps identify and fix common Internet problems and thus relieves the service hotline – while improving the user experience.

The technical integration went smoothly and enables rapid processing of service requests thanks to the seamless connection to the Conntac Dashboard.
