Optimize WLAN in Online Talk — not all Internet is just WLAN — we'll tell you what the most common problems and their reasons and causes are in the home network by customers. You will also learn how to solve these problems yourself so that problems with the Internet connection do not become problems with your service hotline.

Für unsere Online-Talks nutzen wir Microsoft Teams. Eine Teilnahme ist via Browser möglich, sodass kein Herunterladen der App nötig ist.
Für den gesamten Online-Talk ist eine Stunde angesetzt. Der Ablauf sieht in etwa wie folgt aus:
- Begrüßung
- Talk (ca. 30 Minuten)
- Zeit für Fragen, welche via Chat gestellt werden können
Ja, der Talk wird aufgezeichnet und kann nach der Veranstaltung in der Conntac-Mediathek angefragt werden. Gesichter und Namen werden im Nachgang jedoch nicht zu sehen sein.
