Your responsibilities:

Establish and foster customer relationships, from first contact to long-term partnerships of years

Present our products to our customers and at events

Cross- and upsell our products and gather valuable feedback from our customers

Be the interface between our customers and development teams

Manage projects with strong customer links: coach, optimize and develop project strategy for customer projects

Your experience and skills:

A degree in information systems, management and technology with IT emphasis, communications or similar

Multiple years of experience in professional IT projects

Optionally: Experience and contacts in the telecommunications market

Good communication and presentation skills

Enthusiasm for account management and sales

Excellent negotiation skills, especially with higher management

Strong ability to work independently

Good verbal and written German and English
