As always, the year 2022 is coming to an end far too quickly. It was a very successful and exciting year for Conntac, which we were able to experience with our customers and employees. What would Christmas wishes and farewells to the new year be without a review? So before we say goodbye over the Christmas holidays and the New Year, we have a Conntac year in review for you.
Conntac celebrates 5 years in business
Spotify year in review? We can do that as well. Because not only the upcoming end of the year, but also another event of this year gives reason for a little recap. Meanwhile, Conntac celebrates 5 years of company history. In 2017, the company – a spin-off of a research group at the University of Applied Sciences in Augsburg – was in its infancy. Since then, not only has the team grown to almost 30 employees by now, but we have also been able to welcome some partnerships and customers to our side, over crises and obstacles.
New talents joined the Conntac team
The Conntac team continues to grow. We welcomed more colleagues to help us continuously improve our self-service solution. It is with great pleasure that we were able to recruit new experts for the areas of development, sales, design, HR and marketing.
Conntac expands to Great Britain
Speaking of the team. Not only did we welcome many new talents to our Augsburg location, but we also welcomed another expert. Stephen Hopson, our Head of Sales UK, will use his expertise and network to build up the sales structure in the UK and promote our self-service solution to British telecommunication companies.
Welcoming the first MyProvider customers
Towards the end of last year, we were proud to announce our new MyProvider solution. With the MyProvider app, we enable the provision of innovative technical self-service for internet providers, public utilities, municipalities or regional companies with up to 25,000 customers. This year, we welcomed the first customers for our solution. We are looking forward to a successful cooperation!
DACH Customer Experience Awards
Conntac, together with O₂ Telefónica, was able to convince the expert jury of this year’s DACH Customer Experience Summit in the categories digitalisation and customer care online. Receiving two DACH Customer Experience Awards in these categories and the feedback from the jury as well as from all participants reinforces our role as a pioneer for innovations and forward-looking self-service solutions for (technical) customer service.
